Work-Ordered Days
The work-ordered day is a key part of what makes a clubhouse a clubhouse.

In the work-ordered-day, members of the clubhouse are responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the clubhouse. Members cook all of the meals, outreach other members, perform maintenance to the clubhouse, create newsletters, and facilitate all daily operations of the clubhouse.
The clubhouse hours mimic a traditional work day. The ability to participate in meaningful work and learn a variety of skills is an important aspect of the job preparation that clubhouse provides.

Members have the opportunity to decide how they want to participate, and the extent to which they want to participate in the daily operations of the clubhouse.
