Employment Support

Clubhouse is able to support members with goals of employment in a variety of ways.

 

This can include:

• Teaching job skills in the work-ordered-day units

• Proving support writing resume and applications

• Role-playing interview questions

• Assistance locating clothing

• Assistance finding transportation

• Providing job support to members currently employed

Clubhouses also provide Transitional Employment positions, known as TE.

Transitional Employment:

• Jobs are available to any member expressing interest

• 15-20 hours of work a week for 6 to 9 months

• Members are trained by clubhouse staff

Silver City Clubhouse is currently looking for TE partnerships within the local community!
